  What broke when I rendered YouTube transcripts into EPUB 3

  Five failures from building a pipeline that turns articles and talks into an EPUB for a Kindle: a truncated input, a ceiling mistaken for a cost, a model that renumbered a list, a validation rule that taught it to quote, and images for a screen with no colour.
